1. Two-day global event – and beyond

Queensland is fast gaining a reputation as the home of an expanding number of innovators who are creating cutting-edge technologies to transform the agricultural landscape. Combined with its breadth of agricultural, forestry and fishery industries – it’s the perfect place for the next edition of evokeAG. The event is designed to shine the spotlight on this state of innovation, showcase this excellence to the world and help our delegates find their common ground. The magic happens on Tuesday, 18 February 2025, and Wednesday, 19 February at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The 2025 theme, ‘Common Ground’ extends a warm and open invitation to join the movement to explore shared challenges, find and unlock powerful solutions together. It’s a place where every voice matters, and every participant is an agent of change. It’s about coming together to help shape the agrifood sector’s future, by focusing on the element that unite, so we can co-create a more sustainable, productive, and prosperous tomorrow.

With a new look and feel, evokeAG. 2025 will be unlike any before. Think greater participation. Networking by design. A more inclusive and diverse event. Think big.

Delegates will experience more connection and collaboration than ever before, with the design and introduction of breakout rooms focused on driving active participation and networking through interactive sessions.

Kick off the week with the evokeAG. Welcome Event on the evening of Monday, 17 February 2025, followed by a range of sideline events in the days leading into evokeAG. and throughout the week.

2. This isn’t just any agrifood tech and innovation conference – it’s THE agrifood tech and innovation conference

evokeAG. is the leading agrifood tech and innovation event in the Asia Pacific, designed for professionals in the food and fibre industries to showcase cutting-edge agtech, connect, and collaborate. Since its launch in 2019, evokeAG. has expanded its reach into Asia, Europe, and the Americas, continually pushing the boundaries of innovation through collaboration among producers, innovators, and investors.

We’re building on the success of evokeAG. 2024, which featured:

  • 1,880 delegates from 21 countries
  • A Startup Alley with 40 top agrifood tech innovators
  • The inaugural Scaleup Station with 10 innovative scaleups

We are bringing together thought leaders and innovators for impactful discussions at the forefront of both significant challenges and exceptional opportunities. Critical issues like global food security, climate change, and resource management demand innovative solutions.

Be part of the conversation and enjoy an outstanding event – we know how to deliver!

3. It’s not what you know; it’s who you know

This couldn’t be truer for the agriculture industry and its value chain. At evokeAG. you can finally step away from the hours networking online; there’s no need when you’ll be rubbing shoulders with like-minded innovators, investors, researchers, decision-makers, and producers.

  • Corporations and universities will find the innovation, technology and top-notch information they’re seeking for their organisation
  • Innovators can share knowledge, present solutions, and connect with farmers and investors.
  • The networking possibilities are laid out on a silver platter – from meeting founders in Startup Alley or Scaleup Station to engaging with event partners and thousands of delegates.

You can build these connections in the lunch line, Startup Alley, plenary sessions, or via our event app (launching late 2024) for those who prefer a more structured approach.

4. Focus on your business, not just its daily demands

We get it. Most days you’re flat out from the second your feet hit the floor. evokeAG. 2024 provides a two-day break from these routines, inviting you to focus on strategic thinking. This event is your chance to formulate strategies and forge connections that will enhance your business throughout the remaining 363 days of the year.

Think of it as an investment in your enterprise, enabling you to strategise for the future rather than solely managing day-to-day operations, thereby ensuring sustainable long-term returns.

Everyone is looking for that secret sauce but everyone’s also very willing to share and collaborate. And consider this – your business rivals will be there. Can you afford to not be?

Fancy a day trip to Moreton Island, Queensland while you’re in town for evokeᴬᴳ 2025?

5. Where else would you rather be than Queensland?

From the iconic Great Barrier Reef, the pristine white sand and sparkling waters of the Whitsunday Islands, Queensland is paradise for tourists and locals alike. Set on the winding banks of the Brisbane River, Brisbane boasts heritage building, stunning modern architecture and plenty of opportunities for adventure – from kayaking along the river to hiking trails in nearby Mount Coot-tha or day trips to the nearby Moreton Bay and its islands. Be bold, add a few more days to your leave request – you’re going to need them (maybe don’t share your itinerary with your boss though, this is strictly business….) Get planning here.
