The new evoke^AG. app makes navigating the 2025 event a cinch, while amping up your networking

With the new evoke^AG. app, build up contacts, information and most importantly, real connections with the best agritech companies and organisations in the world.

Whether you’re browsing and locking in speakers and sessions, interested in attending networking events, navigating the event floor, looking to connect with like-minded producers, investors, startups, scaleups or RDCs, or simply wanting to save a new connection’s details, the evoke^AG. app can do the hard work for you.

Simply register for evoke^AG. 2025, load up the app and enter your email to receive a login code. Within seconds you’ll be greeted by a home page complete with icons to access the program, event floor plan, your badge, and information on speakers and partners.

The colourful, sleek design makes it easy to find all of the many helpful features, right from your phone while you’re on the go, exploring the event and networking.

Get ready to make the app work for you

Firstly, take some time to edit your profile by clicking on the icon of a person on the bottom right of your screen, as this is how others will learn more about you. It will then find suitable companies and people for you to meet, using AI matchmaking.

The evoke^AG. app will raise the bar on your networking, opening up new opportunities you may not have considered.

Basically, the more the app learns about you, the more on point its recommendations will be, and the more fitting the arising opportunities will be.

From the home page, you will also be able to access your badge for entry, which also then works as a seamless way to share your details with others.

Collect badges in a folder on the app in the way you would have collected business cards back in the day. These can be exported out of the app after the event. The Connections tab is where you’ll find all of the contacts that you make over the course of the event. This will become your evoke^AG. little black book.

Now let the evoke^AG. app work its magic at the event

By selecting the ‘program’ icon, you’ll be taken to a new page where you can search for sessions or scroll through a list to discover the incredible array of speakers and sessions.

To learn more about a particular session, click on the heading for a detailed overview of the session, as well as start times and featured panelists, MCs and keynote speakers.

Once you’ve decided on the sessions you’d like to attend, add them to your schedule by using the star button. By accessing the ‘My Schedule’ page on the side bar, you’ll find a calendar of all your chosen events across the two days, with times and locations for easy navigation of the floor.

This schedule will also include any meetings that you’ve organised, or accepted through the app.

Back on the home page, clicking the ‘partners’ icon will take you to a full list of our valued partners of the event, and some of these will be exhibiting at the event.

You can filter the partners using a range of criteria, including product categories and countries, to find the best fit for you.

When you select a partner, you’ll be taken to an information page with more insight into its operations, and information on its team members. You can also browse its social media and website for more details. From there, simply add the partner to your ‘favourites’, and watch as your list of connections grows.

Choosing the ‘speakers’ or ‘startups’ icon follows a similar process, with the ability to filter results or browse suggested connections based on previous selections. By clicking on a speaker’s display, you can learn more about their specialty, which events they are headlining, and even set up a meeting or private message chain.

Making connections and organising catchups and more formal meetings

You can book meetings with delegates and exhibitors through the ‘Meet’ function on an exhibitor or delegate profile. Either request a ‘Regular Meeting’ – which is a catchup anywhere outside of the Business Lounge, or for a more formal meeting, you can book a table in the Business Lounge through the ‘Table Meeting’ option.

If you’re struggling to decide which delegates and exhibitors are the perfect fit for you to connect with the ‘Matchmaking’ page from the side bar.

Much like a dating app, you will be able to swipe left or right for different companies and speakers, based on their bios and the outlines of their companies and organisations.

Once you start adding matches, you can set up meetings or message contacts privately using the chat feature. You will also find links to social media and websites for ease of communication.

The brand new evoke^AG. app will open the doors to new connections across all facets of the event.

Based on your selections in the many features, the ‘Recommendations’ page on your side bar will offer you suggested visitors, speakers and sessions that match your interests. It will help you make the most of the two-day event by prompting you to sign up to new sessions or consider attending an event you might not have seen or considered before.

The notifications page is a great way to stay up to date with all the latest news and alerts, making your evoke^AG. 2025 experience even more productive.

Post-event, users will have access to their data for two weeks, so make sure you download your leads and contacts after the event.
