Jack has worked hard to build a community of over 9,000 monthly listeners of his podcast, from farmers to AgTech CEOs across Australia. He is sharing the knowledge, information, and stories of both the successes and challenges of those in the industry.
His goal is to get down to the raw and real of what it means to be a part of a thriving and progressive industry, acting as a platform where people can come together and have meaningful and transparent conversations.

Matt’s passion for agriculture stems from growing up on the family property in the Liverpool Plains. Having left home to finish a Bachelor of Laws, the call of his real passions proved too great.
In starting his career with Farmners2Founders, Matt is utilising his commercial skills and agricultural knowledge to develop innovative agrifood tech projects for industry benefit. He works with a diverse pool of people in the ecosystem to encourage adoption of new technologies and innovations that he knows will create an impact across the sector.

Hailing from the small town of Cuckoo Tasmania, Keeley grew up on her parent’s dairy farm, with no intention of venturing into a career in teaching agriculture. However, after a stint of teaching in England and upon returning home, her passion was sparked.
She has since expanded her horizons, becoming a food and fibre production network leader and participating in the CQ Universities Women in Agritech Program to create a unit of work that promotes Agritech in school curriculums.
In her endeavours, she has founded Agducation, a resource for teachers of agriculture to diversify their strategies and discover new education techniques.
“I am a passionate educator with a vision of seeing all Australian student have access to and engage in learning about agriculture.”

Isaac founded the native bee company when he was only 14 years old and has since grown his business to house over 2 million native bees.
He is cementing his place in the industry, attending the National insect expo on its behalf, sponsoring the Australian Native bee Conference, and reaching over 20 million people through educational native bee content on social media.
His passions lie in the pollination industry and being a voice for the potential impact native bees could have on providing stability and increasing yields.
“I believe that an Integrated Crop Pollination strategy is the future of pollination in Australia and beyond and I am dedicated to making this available to growers.”

Josie grew up on her family’s cattle property near Kempsey NSW and was only five when her dad Glen became a paraplegic in a truck accident. Her childhood experiences and a pinpoint conversation in the paddock with her dad is what planted the seed for Ability Agriculture.
Josie had always noticed the lack of disability representation in the ag world and realised how little conversations were being had about how we can create a more inclusive industry. She wants the voices and stories of these people to be heard and to encourage agriculture as an accessible career option.
“I would like Ability Agriculture to be the representative voice for disability in our industry to ensure that disability is on the table for future policy and workforce planning.”
