Moa Technology is a world-leading agricultural biotech firm developing a new generation of modern, safe and effective herbicides to overcome weed resistance, protect harvests, and ensure food security for all.
Spun out of Oxford University in 2017, our scientists and industry experts have reinvented the way herbicides are discovered. With our ground-breaking proprietary technology, we have already found 70 new herbicidal modes of action, with several advanced resistance-breaking products now in field trials in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria and Tasmania.
In 2024, we formed a partnership with Nufarm to co-develop one of these advanced new herbicides, with the goal of helping farmers in Australia and worldwide stay ahead in the fight against tough and pernicious weeds.
