The technologies developed by Bondi Labs address the challenges of high cost, inefficient, subjective, manual based data-poor quality assurance, and food safety systems in the global red meat processing industry.
Developed in response to a request from several large red meat processors and the Australian Meat Processor Corporation (AMPC), our technology assists in cost effectively and reliably assuring regulatory and customer compliance as well as ensuring international market access.
Building on remote food safety auditing we are developing a range of complimentary automated visual inspection AI solutions to address pain points in the red meat processing production line. From box label verification to remote and automated animal health and welfare inspections, which address growing regional vet labour shortages. We embed our researchers and software developers ‘in-the-field’ to build trusted relationships with our red meat processing partners and to co-design solutions for them.
