Local Startup Showcase: Dan Winson - Zetifi
Zetifi have developed novel technology that enables power efficient broadband connectivity across vast distances.
Zetifi was founded by Dan Winson and is a company solving connectivity problems on farms and stations using proprietary technology that significantly reduces the cost of building large scale off grid wireless networks.
The Zetifi ‘Sleepy’ Network platform provides a solution for supplying the high bandwidth, farm-wide connectivity that primary producers need for phone calls, wireless CCTV and broadband internet while removing barriers to the adoption of emerging technologies including IoT and precision agriculture.
Up to eight successful local (including New Zealand and the Pacific Islands) startup participants will showcase their startup on stage with a 3-minute presentation to the audience showcasing their cutting edge technology relating to the agrifood sector.
