Simone Madden-Grey

Simone is a freelance writer with an interest in how climate change and sustainability are shaping the people and places of agriculture. After careers as a professional flute player and an IT consultant, Simone began working in the wine industry, writing about wine related travel experiences before focusing on viticulture and the technology enabling sustainable wine production.  A broadening of perspective to consider agriculture and the technologies supporting sustainable food production was a natural progression and her work can be found in several online and print publications, including, Australia and New Zealand Grapegrower & Winemaker, Wine Industry Advisor and Jetstar magazine.
